Program Advertising
Showcase your products and reach attendees during and after the conference with an advertisement in our conference program. The deadline is October 1. All adds will be printed in full color. See application for prices.

Speaking Opportunity
ASSE and RGSFPE will welcome professional presentations in any of our four (4) speaker tracks. For additional information, contact: Speaker Chairperson – Melissa Barker by e-mail at melissa.barker@state.nm.us or by phone at 505-222-9595.

Raffles & Fundraisers
Support the local chapters of ASSE and RGSFPE and show your product by donating items or by purchasing raffle tickets. The Raffle drawings will be held at the lunch sessions and at the end of each day during the closing wrap-up. Please list any items you wish to raffle on the application form – we can help you get the maximum impact from your donation by coordinating with conference events.
You are welcome to raffle items at your booth.

Your space rental includes one complete exhibitor registration including continental breakfast, lunch and snacks and entrance into speaker tracks. The first registration will be made in the name of the exhibit contact person. You must register all additional attendees from your company for $60 each per day to cover food costs.
